3、机床装配工艺精细，运动部分经激光干涉仪和球杆仪补正精度，实现了加工精度稳定性。
1. This machine adopts high-precision screw rod and screw bearing, which greatly enhance the axial rigidity, accuracy and high impact of the feed shaft.
2. All the main functioning parts of this machine are famous brand high-quality products, including spindle unit, rolling screw, linear guide, unclamping cylinder, lubrication device, tool magazine, coupling and screw bearing, etc.
3. The machine is finely assembled. All the moving parts are corrected and compensated by the laser interferometer and ball-bar, which implements the stability of working accuracy.
